roaches can be everywhere in urban environments like a city, roach probably came out of the drain, ppl living in cities should know to put a barrier in drains cuz roaches travel great distances and use sewer system like a metro station.

Where I live, the only way to get them is hitting rock bottom and digging for a while to get to the roaches (extremely rare).

Imagine my horror when living in an apartment building in the States for a while and seeing a roach there.

I was so disgusted that I kept my appartment obsessively clean but: these buildings have air vents and gaps under the front door. If, for example, one of the neighbours keeps cat food out you're pretty much going to see them every now and again.

That said, chasing them with a vacuum cleaner is a bit different than having them crawl over you, and we have footage of how the roaches lived at Asmongold's place.

Disclaimer: I don't know his situation so I only hope he can get out of whatever got him to that state.

they travel through sewer, pipes etc gotta block that while not in use and spray poison in specific places NOT indoors, if the infestation is huge u need to call a professional.

Diatomaceous earth will dry em and kill pretty fast, its harmless you can use that indoors.

Soapy Water: Surprisingly, dousing a cockroach in soapy water will suffocate and kill it. Filling a spray bottle with dish soap and water, shaking it, and spraying a roach from above will kill it quickly. from google

Can confirm, that kills em so fast, you gotta use like 20% soap and 80% water maybe even 30% soap. this way you dont have to fill your house or rooms with insecticide.

It never fails to amaze me how dental care, a crucial aspect of health, is somewhat optional in the States.
