There sort of is, actually. There is a stowaway that shows the health values of everything, the "contact lens" or some such. I think you get it in the Grove, right after the Rainbow River shell you can grapple up to a set of platforms hanging on the shopping cart. It doesn't directly show your damage, but you can see how much their health drops by to figure it out yourself.

Yea i did find it, but i didn't really wanna use it cause it spoiled the locations of everything damagable in a very large radius. xd

Would have liked there to be a Stowaway similar to the Contact lens which only displays the health of the enemy im locked onto. Sadly already finished everything in the game, so its a bit too late anyway
