Can you Parry Blue attacks?

So...after what was the absolute Unfair Fight that is the mantis shrimp boss...i started to wonder...can you parry Blue aggro attacks? In my last discussion i saw someone who abused the parry function against him. It made me wonder..can you actually Parry those attacks? The game tells you that those attacks are shell breakers and that you should evade. But seeing that another crabs treasure clearly draws inspiration from Sekiro where you have the Danger Kanji popup when ever the enemy makes a strong attack (and or grab) you can parry it. I myself played Sekiro and against Genichiro i was able his big jump attack he ddoes at the end of his long combo.

That is why i ask...can you actually parry blue aggro attacks in another crabs treasure? I assume you have to be REALLY frame perfect with the parry. Imo the parry function should be like in sekiro where you block the moment a enemy hits you. Would make it a lot better than holding down block

I'm not sure about ALL blue attacks but I've certainly been able to block blue attacks from the lobsters wielding the Deadlock guillotines
