Can my progress be transferred from Game Pass to Steam?

Hello. I have been playing more than 3 hours on Game Pass and I want to buy it on Steam, can my GP progress be transferred to Steam? Thank you so much!

If you're on PC in both cases, you may be able to manually copy the save file from one install to the other. I don't think there is any kind of official functionality to do so.
