Before ending question

I am at the end but i still have some stuff i can do, should i do it before final boss or will the game return me after credits roll so I can go back and finish other achievements?

If you continue into the ending then your save will reset you to before you made that choice afterwards so you can finish it off after the big final fight.

HOWEVER, there is nothing additional to do after the big final fight so I'd recommend doing it before so that you can use anything you unlock on the boss.
