How do I master the pinball sections in Pinball Mire?
The time trial in Pinball Mire is really brutal. The par time is 4:42 and the closest I've gotten is a 5:15.

The big issue I'm having is that I feel like I barely understand how the main pinball mechanics work and it ends up wasting a lot of time as I bumble around the tables hoping to do them quickly.

So can someone here explain how to master them or do them quickly so I can finally nail this par time?

get a feel for where the flippers send you if you don't press ANYTHING; the big thing holding me back for par time was trying to strain left or right too much. The camera is too poor and the movement too fickle to risk excessive straining since you lose several seconds by dropping down unexpectedly; try to trust the fire hoops that are placed to automate your movement. On the other hand, there are specific sections where you can spam clutch to sneak to the inside of a flipper or into a side path; go nuts with those for setups.

Par time is also set pretty generously if you get the big caches of time boxes on the casette path (skip the jump, then clutch back into the bumper and let it carry you up) and next to the projectile hammer bounce dumpster (you don't actually have to do that room, they're right outside it).

Watch a video and see their routing
Which part of the pinball are you stuck on? The giant one with all the switches?
because from my experience, when you get to the absolute top. STOP controlling anton and let the ball roll. he'll hit every other switch and you'll get a free W for that table.

I actually beat the par time so all I can really say is that the there was some time crates near the beginning that I missed. They are located in the area where you would do your first body slam move.

I don't need any more help but hopefully this thread could still be a way to help people suffering with the same issue as I once did.
