switch port is good now

it was not good at launch but now it hits about 55fps in most scenes (although there is slowdown when there's a lot on screen)

if you want more info this video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iI89RwEYYPM ) is a pretty good measure of what to expect

my first playthrough was on switch (hoping to replay on pc) and i ran into no issues with playability, other than the occasional bit of slowdown

how does a game like this slow down? its all low res sprites. pizza tower and undertale run flawlessly

Pizza Tower and (especially) Undertale don't have complex physics interactions with enemies, terrains and other objects or sophisticated gameplay design that requires a lot of information to be processee and checks to be done.
