Unsure if it's also cause it is one of the less chaotic levels so it's easier to read by proxy
And ya'know, since there are already other monsters with you the argument of it being purely liminal space kinda falls flat. A slightly photorealistic monster (After seeing the freako dragon animations in the last phase, bet they could of done something similar) pursuing you through out the level would of made it stand higher with the other chaotic and fun like mad mall or concrete jungle.
Point is, monster or not, just something to make it more fun. The shark robot thing was cool, but felt like something that could of easily been used for slowroast sewers.
I really dug the atmosphere and vibes, but it really is underwhelming when compared with the majority of the other levels (Except pinball, that one was messy)
