Purchase all of the random ones from Brulo. Find all of the spray cans in the levels. Beat all of the time trials and combo chains, then check brulo's shop again and buy the two new ones. AND FINALLY ONCE YOU HAVE 89 SPRAY CANS, complete any level and buy the 90th and final spray can from brulo. (There is no 91st spray yet.) Then you will have the achievement.

Actually, the final spray can is tied to a unused (and unfinished) level. It's called Lime's A Beach by the way.

There's a tool that may or may not get your steam account banned (depending on the game you use it on) that can give you achievements. There was a guy in an earlier thread claiming he get every achievement and cracked ranking in only 10 hours. His game stats showed he unlocked every achievement at the same time. (Which is obviously impossible.)

The 91st spray can does exist-- it's a completely invisible skin. I've posted a screenshot of it if you want proof. I think some spraycans are rarer than others, and considering there's no other post of the 91st one, I assume it's absurdly rare.
