can't start the demo

the error says "no licenses" i am using the one blast demo

My guess is they simply removed the demo from Steam altogether, seeing it's no longer available on the store page anymore.
Lookin' like the Dynamite Demo and One Blast Demo are lost media from here on...

the switch demo is still there

You can still play the demo, you have to go to the demo's game directory and click on the executable file instead of running it through the Steam application.
