the matchmaking is just horrendous. you will frequently get a team of less than 50% winrate player at your side(i am the only 56% win rate player averaging a 1200 dmg) while the opponent team get a more well rounded teammate/higher winrate player/ an entire team with premium/collector tank player. I dont mind having a mixed Winrate player but cmon, entire team of 40% wr player?? I am just a mediocre player and it is impossible for me to carry the team and win this kind of match making. i'll need to spend so much effort just to win the game and most of the time, helping the team to do so much damage yet still lose is very disappointing. Inside the game, you will meet a lot of unsporting player(eg, afk(very common), trolling(common), being toxic, trash talking, yolo at the start of the game etc), these player usually have less than 50% win rate. Wargaming used to have a very great system. The player rating system. It allows player to rate other player at the end of every match(Now they replace with emoji, which is useless and a small exclamation mark that allow player to report the player either unsporting conduct, inactivity, provocative communication etc. Not a lot of player know this function exist). This rating is visible to everyone during the start of every match so it kinda gives you a great info to determine whether you wanna trust this player's judgement, whether you wanna tag along/assist your 'chosen' teammate. At least at the start of the battle, you kinda know your teammate well and can plan your strategy. I just hope, maybe at least, WG could maybe put a small Win rate remark at the side of each player name that is only visible within your team during the match. If a more than 50% WR player ask me to assist, at least i know, i can trust this player judgement.
