Roof Panel Solver

We were able to complete the solver simulation for the second panel (the breaker panel), but we are unable to complete the circuit solver. When we ignore the top LED's, and only toggle the bottom LEDs as true, the simulation fails, the infiltrator gets shocked. Any help is appreciated.

Hey sorry for the delay but here are some hints! ;)

The Infiltrator needs to describe the status of the LEDs below each of the 5 electrical components to the Digital Operator (either flashing or steady on/can be also off). The Digital Operator then finds a button for the Infintration Agent to press at the top of one of the 5 electrical components.
