So, I figured out how to get to the Crab King...but not how to appease him.

You have to go to Seacaves and look for the water well which has the glyphs/symbols, once you get there the answer to the code is MORNAY (or at least it was for me).

When you reach the Crab King he says the following:
1: Click, Snap, Snap, Click, Snap, Click, Click, Click
2: Click, Snap, Snap, Click, Click, Snap, Click, Snap
3: Click, Snap, Snap, Snap, Snap, Click, Click, Snap

Anyone care to figure it out? I've tried quite a few things at this point.

So, just as I post this I figured it out. It's Binary. The Clicks are zeroes and the Snaps are ones.

It took me a second to figure out the Binary thing, I thought it was Morse Code at first

yeh you can actually test it on normal crabs too, and like BEHOLD for toadmen, it turns them friendly in combat :)
