Hello will this game have GeForce Now support so I can play it over streaming service?

No worries, that makes sense. I think on lowest settings it should run on a pretty modest PC, it might be worth firing up the demo on the lowest settings (low draw distance, and low quality especially, and turn blur effects off) and see if you get decent framerates. I am able to run it on a pretty dated non gaming laptop I have under these settings.
