Fishing feels extraordinarily awkward on controller though, is pushing forward and backward on the analog stick supposed to do the same thing? They both just yank the bob out of the water and exit the screen for me.
Also, is there a way to reduce volumetrics taxing the system even at the medium preset? I can keep a solid 40 FPS on the Deck but it drops to the low 30s as soon as I’m close to a lamp and there’s fog surrounding it.
Awesome game!
Ive added a bit more aggressive culling on those lantern fogs, so they will be culled on medium and low quality presets for 1.035, that should help somewhat as there is a bit of a gulf between low and medium as far as quality right now. I would be curious to know how many fps you get from the draw distance settings on Steamdeck if you have any time to tinker...
Not sure if there's anything that can be done to fix this?
Edit: Confirmed/reproduced that it is slowing down on FPS drops, will sort this 100%.
