anybody experiencing this as well? game is pretty aids but hey a perfect game is a perfect game achievement wise

Found all 40 pieces but can't complete this round. Which button do you have to press to complete this round? Can't do anything with the symbol that looks like a ladder with a 1 next to it. What do I have to do afterwards?
