Intoxicating 1981 Dorian

I might be totally wrong about this...but isn't there a way to unlock an end where Dorian gets intoxicated after Morgan has put her medication in his bottle? In the end, when Dorian asks for Morgan's opinion about the picture you can clearly see how much water he drinks when you upset him. I have only unlocked 9 out of 12 endings and I cannot think of any more options... Someone help or same experience?

This is a really late reply, I know. I'm also stuck on 9/12 endings, but I just figured this one out, so figured I'd jot it down before I forget. As a reminder: To tamper with the water bottle, you have to have a high relationship with Dorian and choose to get to know him rather than scream out for help. Later on, make a distraction by pretending to be in pain in order to get the medication. When the cops come, comply with them and then you'll get the opportunity to poison the water. Maintain the high relationship status (not sure if this is required) and get one of the endings where no one comes to save Morgan. When he asks you to critique his painting, choose to praise it and he'll finish the water bottle and you'll get the new ending.
