Bug report

Hi! During my last run some random portions of the map went missing, both models and textures. I even fell out into the void! Hope this helps in finding the problem.

What map? I didnt see a map in this game, plus the nurse got stuck against a wall and door

I mean the level structure itself.

ahh, yeah ok

I didn't have any map or level structure go missing but my nurse got stuck so she couldnt do anything so I had free roam of the 3 floors to take my time and get the tasks done. hehe.
good old game glitch helped me out.

every time i go on the 3rd floor it puts me in the void

I had my gameplay of this go great, the Nurse got stuck in a doorway or a room so then I had free roam of the hospital to do the tasks uninterrupted and finish the game. :)
the bug/issue helped me finish the game
