anyone know how to get endings 3 & 4?

I don't know how to get Ending 3, still trying to figure that one out.
For Ending 4 run out of life stars in World 3 and die, you can do this pretty quickly by starting a new game in World 3 and just jumping into the first fire/saw pit to the right a couple of times.

I have played this game for 15 hours and... nothing... Ending 3 eludes even me... I tried looking online, and saw it's image, no spoilers though and it's description was bugged, but it's a 4.0 percentage... maybe it's a kickstarter only achievement which I would find existentially painful... who knows.

To get ending 3 you have to leave the lssc territory without evidence that you stole the star so.
.Don't fight the secretary
.Dont finish the fat dog puzzle (if you place a block then reset, you'll throw the paper to the ground, do this enough and he'll do it for you)
