Kittens?

So I married Talon and have their marriage stats maxed. I read that I don't need to gift the spouse every day for 4 kittens and that's great. But my question is

Will it affect the kittens at all if i haven't expanded my den and placed more beds?

This won't affect your kittens, but it'll be more comfortable if you do create some more space and have beds to assign them to! Either way they'll find a spot to sleep :)
