you can buy tickets to change appearance from the shop, i got one for free from somewhere but im not entirely sure

'Beauty Card' in the RC section of the store.
You'll get a free one eventually through gameplay.

I bought one but it does not let you change gender. At least from what I seen, so if anyone knows let me know.
