Which country can't play on STEAM?

I had this game on my Wishlist but today I found that it's gone. There's an error message said "This item is currently unavailable in your region". Can the developer or anyone please let me know which country cannot play this game on STEAM? Thanks!

Hong Kong seems to be locked down

Till now, I noticed that India, Philippines and Hong Kong can't play on STEAM. Anyone else can't play?

So I guess we have to wait for the mobile version on Jun 26? I hope we can play on mobile instead.

Thanks for the info. On Jun 26 they will only release Garena Undawn to SEA including Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand. I am from Hong Kong (Asia but not SEA) so I won't be able to play it?

if you are region locked you can use VPN to bypass and play

fun fact , eastern european servers are full of middle easerns , like only 10~20% of server is actually europeans there , hopefully russia will salve this problem soon

kinda sad that SEA is so outdated and still using garena as client
