Camera View Pans Up When I Move

I have never encountered this before but my camera view will pan up when I move and stay panned up. I tried holding the button to keep the camera view constant but it's not working. Any ideas about what is causing this and how to make it stop? Thank you in advance.

I wanted to add that I did reconfigure my key bindings as I am left-handed and it appears that the arrow keys I prefer to use are used for the camera view. I went through the key bindings and other settings and could not locate any place to rebind.
