Help me someone! I lost my character!

Affter the works on the server today, and after latest today updates i lost my character.
I went to the same server that I played before - And I am offered to create a new character. I don't know if it's like that for everyone. Who knows if the character is saved on the server and where should I go to restore my character at level 37? I'm was playing on PC, server 310 Galata, before update in server choice window game show's my character and his lvl.

for me was like one week impossible to login, i have tried all the login ways. send 6 email to suport team but they didint sorted anything. and finaly i login with google account, but now after update, again impossible to login, it shows only white blank box.

you sure it was under the same region? different regions have the same server numbers
