Yet, once VGDD2 comes out in two months or so, getting those passes will be rendered moot as they're available in VGDD2 by default.
For a general rundown for the additional card passes...
Pass 1 has:
D-BT06: Blazing Dragon Reborn
D-LBT03: Lyrical Monasterio ~Summertime Memories!~
D-BT07: Raging Flames Against Emerald Storm
D-SS03: Stride Deckset, Chronojet
Pass 2 has:
D-BT08: Minerva Rising
D-BT09: Dragontree Invasion
D-BT10: Dragon Masquerade
D-SS04: Stride Deckset, Messiah
and Additional Card Set has:
D-SS05: Festival Booster 2013
D-BT11: Clash of the Heroes (Partial)
One boon to the Additional Card Set is you don't have to grind for the cards in that bundle as it just hands you playsets of every card in that set, including high rarities and foils.
The sets also include some promo cards packed in with them, such as set 10 having a bunch of the cards from when Gramgrace, Favrneel, and Orfist got special decksets.
Course, there's also the freebie trial decks that were given out when set 6 hit.
Adding on, the sleeves bundles and the DLC characters, they're optional, but at least they give you an additional CPU opponent. But only three of them (Aichi, Kai, and Ren) give a deck recipe.
My recommendation for you to COMPLETELY SKIP would be the Rare Card Sets, as what they give can be gotten in game with sufficient grinding.
