This is because you're boosting Lianorn when she attacks. This is not a bug. Lianorn's text is
The second clause only has scope to the first clause; if you don't boost by Lianorn's skill with all three backrow RGs, you won't get the extra drive and the re-stand. This is also how it works IRL; if you've been boosting her normally and then using her skill to boost with the other two RGs, you wouldn't get the restand and extra drive (although realistically you would probably only be sharked on this at a serious tournament).
