TSR at 75% is ok to look at.
And yes, definitely the most beautiful out there, not even a challenge. I am just comparing to the old version.
Lighting can be baked, high quality static lighting will look the same if not better in this game and open up a lot of performance. The draw distance and shadow distance can be increased by a lot if static light maps are used, so the game will look better and run better.
TSR blurs everything, it makes the game look a lot worse than it could. In this game things move fast, you are flying around. TSR does not work great for these type of scenarios. It would be much better to remove TSR and add FXAA or SMAA instead.
