Fencer: You mean the place after the young ruffian was burned and you can see him walking into the alley. You yourself comment on it like this: I hope he learned something from his punishment? Man i was going to follow him, but was blind :D
A note about collectibles. You can only find three of them after reaching a certain section in the game:
1 - in your room at the inn
2 - in the cathedral after the quest in the sacristy
3 - after opening the cellar in the Countess Palace. Down the stairs, then left :)
Chess Master:
Black wins if the bishop opens on the white square. Then the first rook in row C moves, the second rook captures the king, the first rook moves again, and again. That's what the monk literally told me :)
Port: seen from the start of the game on the right, there is a path to the left, past the path - shortly afterwards there is the entrance on the left side (where the young thief can later be seen after his arrest)
Market: Next to the stand where Amelia wants to steal the apple.
Inn: Leave the inn, left (u-turn), at the end of the corridor right, left side
Cathedral: Seen from the cemetery, past the gravel path, on the left where the first building begins
Countesses Palace: Under the stairs leading to the palace door (in the courtyard)
