Small Achievement Guide
Hey Guys, this is a small guide I made for the trophies on PSNProfiles, but figured I would post it here as well in case it could help anyone.

This is in no way a full blown guide, but figured I would put together some info on the trophies for this game so people can at least get an idea of what's missable (as far as I know) and when in the game to keep an eye out for each trophy. I'm pretty much pulling this all from memory, so some details may be missing.

I'm not going to list the collectibles. Luckily, you can pray by holding R2, and L2. This vision shows collectibles through walls if close enough. You can also pause the game, and go to extras to see how many collectibles you have left for each area. The last collectible for the countesses palace can't be received until the end of the game. So make sure you have all collectibles but one for that area as soon as you can.

The trophies are pretty much in the order they'll appear in game besides the Unworld trophy, and pet friend ten times. Most trophy's are missable! Also, I wouldn't trust the fast travel system, It seems to make certain events, and people disappear. Not for the main story as far as I know, but for side content.

Masquerade King: Missable

This is right in the beginning, and missable if you go to the mask cart, and continue that quest line before doing the other side activities. Save the mask cart for last to be safe.

Animals Protector: Missable

This is also in the beginning at the fair. Once you talk to the mask merchant you'll call him out for lying, and need to find a quiet place to go to the Unworld. Before leaving the mask stall, directly to the right of the merchant will be a dog collar you can examine. Next to that is a door you can approach, and find the merchants son harassing the dog.

Good Boy: Missable

I'm going to put this trophy here, because I think it happens between these two trophies. You'll have to investigate a murder of a harlot (their words not mine, sure she was a nice lady) and you'll send Amelia to the inn to get you a room. When you approach the inn you'll see Friend outside. Pet him 10 times before going in. This is the only point in the game I remember ever being able to pet him.

Fencer: Missable

At some point you'll be returning to the inn area, and encounter the young ruffian. You have to follow him from a distance, and he'll lead you to the hideout. You then have a choice to walk away or approach for a fight. You obviously have to approach for a fight, and at the end is the ruffian boss.

Nimble as a Weasel: Missable

At the end of the dungeon level, you'll meet Amelia, and be chase. During the chase will be QTE's that you need to not miss. They're pretty easy.

Iron Hand: Missable

After sleeping at the inn for the first night, you'll wake up and have breakfast downstairs at the inn. While talking to the inn keeper he makes a mention of someone never tipping. You can then pay him for info or tell him inquisitors never pay which will lead to an interrogation. Make sure you DON'T pay him. Otherwise you miss out on the trophy.

Code Breaker: I don't think this is missable

When investigating in the church you'll need to finish a sliding puzzle to open a closet. There's also a drawer in the room you'll need to figure out a 4 letter code to unlock. The code solution is INRI. I did this after the sliding puzzle, and unlocked the trophy.

Master of Login: Story Related

Story related. You'll need to make the rings outside the cardinals room match the rings on the hands in the former room with the sliding puzzle.

Negotiator: Missable

After defeating the brothers from the trophy above you'll run into the small ruffian again. I think you'll need to defeat the ruffian boss previous to get this to activate. You'll need to talk him down peacefully. The choices I chose were something like this--

"I saved your life so this is how you repay me?
"I don't consider you an enemy"
"So the trader was talking about you?"
"Wasn't a good investment"
"It's easy to order a murder, but to kill yourself?"
"You won't flinch?"

Those are all paraphrases of the choices I made.

Master Interrogator: Missable

Credit for this goes to the beautiful Planer87 from PSNProfiles. This is during the interrogation with Jonas, the last of the brothers.

The options you'll want to select are :circle:,:square:,:square:,:circle:,:cross:,:square: if using a PlayStation controller.

The Power of Empathy: Missable

Be careful with this one, and try not to fast travel after the interrogation from above. After the interrogation you'll be guided to the graveyard. When you walk in you should see Amelia to the left with Friend. Talk to her, and pick the non douchey option about her parents being in her heart, and you'll get this.

You want to be careful about fast traveling because sometimes she straight up will disappear, and not be there. I've seen some other people mention fast travel being the cause of this, and I agree. When I would fast travel, she wouldn't be there.

Chess Master: Missable

When you finally go to the mayors residence, you'll encounter the Persian. Be careful with this one, because the game only gives you 5 or 6 tries I think it was to get it right. If you fail too many times at the chess game, the game moves on to a second puzzle where you'll mess with some gears. If this happens, you missed your chance. The game autosaves immediately after you fail at chess, so I would create a backup save to be safe.

Unfortunately, I didn't write down the solution to the chess match, but I recall the first 4 moves being :triangle:,:cross:,:triangle:, and I think :square:. There's 5 or 6 moves you have to do in total, so that should get you most of the way. You'll know if you did a wrong move because the match will reset. Reset too many times, and you're out of luck.

Excellent Perceptiveness: Missable

When you finally get to Ingvar's workshop there will be a book on the table. The necklace will be on this book. I think you can finish this section without interacting with the item making it missable.

Stalling Master: Missable

This will come up shortly after the previous trophy. You'll be surrounded by the cult, and see Amelia sneaking up in the background. This conversation is also tied in with the next trophy of refusing to joint the cult.

The answers go something like this. Paraphrasing again--

"Why Liliana?"
"What do you want from me"
"You want to start the apocalypse"
"The riders will not obey you"
"How are you going to achieve this?"
"I will never join your cult" This is the option that should unlock the next trophy.
"Real?"
"I carry an unwavering faith in Christ"

Slayer of Heretics: I think missable?

See the trophy above for how to get this one.

Fallen Angels Killer: Story Related

Faithful Servant of God: Missable

This is a tough one, because if you miss it you'll have to do another playthrough I think. I got this automatically when meeting the countess at the end of the game. In order to get it though, you need to be a faithful inquisitor with your choices throughout the game from I hear. I was nice to Amelia, but besides that chose the more ruthless inquisitor options throughout the game. I'd play that way to be safe.

Savior or Mankind: Story Related

Story Related, should be the final story trophy.

Credit goes to all the people who commented on the Master Interrogator Trophy thread I created on PSNProfiles. There was a lot of good talk there that helped iron out some of these confusing trophies.

I also used this article as help on some of these trophies, and also puzzle solutions not related to trophies. Be careful though, some of the solutions it gives are trophy situations, but DO NOT get you the trophies. Like the Persian one you'll see they failed the chess, and go right to the second puzzle that gets you nothing.

Thank you

Fencer: You mean the place after the young ruffian was burned and you can see him walking into the alley. You yourself comment on it like this: I hope he learned something from his punishment? Man i was going to follow him, but was blind :D

A note about collectibles. You can only find three of them after reaching a certain section in the game:
1 - in your room at the inn
2 - in the cathedral after the quest in the sacristy
3 - after opening the cellar in the Countess Palace. Down the stairs, then left :)

Chess Master:
Black wins if the bishop opens on the white square. Then the first rook in row C moves, the second rook captures the king, the first rook moves again, and again. That's what the monk literally told me :)

Port: seen from the start of the game on the right, there is a path to the left, past the path - shortly afterwards there is the entrance on the left side (where the young thief can later be seen after his arrest)

Market: Next to the stand where Amelia wants to steal the apple.

Inn: Leave the inn, left (u-turn), at the end of the corridor right, left side

Cathedral: Seen from the cemetery, past the gravel path, on the left where the first building begins

Countesses Palace: Under the stairs leading to the palace door (in the courtyard)

I haven't tried it, but they are probably stored somewhere in the Windows local user files
