Report a translation problem
1. Go to options menu
2. Select borderless and any resolution you want
3. Apply changes
4. Save
5. Go back to options menu and change the resolution again
6. Apply changes
7. Save again
The big thing that I think is overlooked is people don't think of the difference between borderless and fullscreen is HUGE technically for many systems.
Remember, BORDERLESS
THEN change your resolution!
1. changing the window display to borderless or window
2. Change the resolution
3. Apply
4. Change back to Full window
I'm not sure why this bug happens, but that's the quick and easy fix.
