Won't Launch

Hey everybody. When I download Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate, it wont launch. No matter how may times I uninstall and reinstall it. I went into the file for it and tried launching it from there and it keeps telling me that a couple of the file are missing so it cant execute. I'm so frustrated. Can anyone help?
