- Weapon Pack (only had 4 weapon skins, though it was the only DLC weapon pack you got all the weapons for right away)

All Wallpapers are in, save for the 5 JP exclusive ones that were other Koei promotions. Even the "PS3 -> PS4" save transfer 20 wallpapers are in
You sure Soul harvester isnt in? You do need a Scythe user (IE: Orochi) and beat Domestic Disputes map for it. Its weird every other DLC weapon would be in, but that one was weirdly left out.
I say this because i finished a few DLC maps and only got their respective weapons as soon as i unlocked a character that could use said weapon.
The 4 weapons included in the Weapon Pack DLC are not in. You always got them at the start of the game. The USED to be Japanese exclusive, so maybe Koei got confused. In case I'm wrong, they're called: Echo of Justice (Ma Chao exclusive Spear), Wintry Sky (Bladed Sundial), Rain of Blossoms (Sakaki and Mirrors) and Snakeskin Gourd (Giant Gourd).
Soul Harvester isn't listed in DLC weapons on the game's store page, I haven't had a chance to see if it's confirmed to not be in or if Koei forgot to list it.

Honestly out of everything missing the thing that annoys me the most is Sophitia's costume (i think it's just better than her normal costume), they probably had to pay again for this release so i don't see why not just get the costume too. Maybe mods can put it back in.

Iron Maiden did it, he used cheats to quickly rush it and even used the restart function to see if it would unlock it, like it does on (some?) PS4 versions. Sadly its not there. Your supposed to access it by selecting the DLC stages in gauntlet mode and check if you have 3 Normal looking stages (not the 10 circle DLC stages) on the list.
The missing Sophitia costume is weird, unless its one of those (not so rare) cases where a character's costume is actually copyrighted to a third party fashion designer or such.
From the looks of it, we didint get the vast majority of JP-centric DLCs. Save for Sophitia's costume and the 3 levels, all other removed DLC were part of some cross promotion in japan in one way or another.
Regarding MO2 Wallpaper Set 5 and MO2U Wallpaper Set 1 and 2, these are ONLY AVAILABLE IN JAPANESE LANGUAGE OF MUSOU OROCHI 2 ULTIMATE.
Which means: If you're playing in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese, you WON'T SEE IT
That is extra dumb.... some of these wallpapers dont even have Kanji on them, just advertisements of other Koei games, most of them being on Steam too, so its helpful ads.
Oh well... that further reduces the unavaiable DLCs.
Having confirmation by those who bought it give me more confidence.
Also nice to see that in the end, all costumes (besides Sophitia's, which is sad, but I guess someone could mod it in someday?) are in.
I also totally understand that the costume weapons besides on japanese exclusive stuff would be out, so seeing everything else in is actually a bit of a surprise for me, since I was expecting more out.
I want to also check if it's possible to hack in my PS4 save onto the PC version, I just have to turn on that big black paperweight again (No, it's not bricked, it's just... Useless), maybe update the hacks to get the decrypted save, and see if I can use it somehow on the PC version.
