Reach Bug or am I missing something

[Ouro the Boros]

Musashi had a wonderful time with his big star weapon maxed on reach creating a wave of death. When I made his 5 star x weapon and swapped stuff over, all of a sudden reach has no effect. His weapon is currently carrying windslay, Echo, Agility, Osmosis, Brawn, celerity, tri-element, and reach. Best I can tell, none of these other mods should impact reach. Any thoughts or ideas?

Echo cancels out reach.

His one big star weapon is one of the few that has a Reach hidden attribute bonus within the weapon, just like some others, and for some of them, like him, it's best than any other solely for this reason.

Just though then if it has reach already as a secret attribute does he really need reach in the weapon. Could it not be cancelling each other out. Also the OP mentioned his big star weapon but then proceeded to use the 5 star X weapon does the and fuse the big star weapon in X weapon do hidden attributes carry over, I would think not.

Well y'all have been a real help, I suppose I'll have to grind up his big star a second time.

Should not take long if you have industry in weapon and have Rachel in your party who has Expertise you can get the big star weapon fully compatible in one battle. Especially if the battle has a lot of enemy officers.

Don't know if you guys know this, but there's a stage modified via Musou Battlefield in the menu, where not only, you can level a character to 100 easily, using the battlefield bonus before the fight, but also, and primarily, level a weapon to max proficiency in just ~11 mins. The name of the stage is Speed is the Essence, it is a DLC stage, and by the way I got 2 uploaded with great changes, as I used it a lot too.

Nice thank you that will help getting the X weapons up as now I have 130/136 to level up.
