Spire 2 layout

I've beaten spire 2 and unlocked Poison Trap and Condenser Tower. What is the best way to lay these out? So far it seems to just reduce my Runestones per Second when I add poison, even placing it before Frost Traps to get the 4x boost to Toxicity.
