For challenges, do the ones you can do. Do you have already the daily challenges? If yes do one of them daily :)
The perky tool is a fully hands-off option of assigning perks. It won't steer you wrong if you pick the right preset (do not change the weights manually, presets set the weights, unless you're already at zone 500+). However if you'd prefer to play normally and just need a pointer, your biggest focus at your stage of the game should be on Carpentry and Looting, a moderate focus on most other perks (with a larger focus on perks that give compounding gains), and the least focus on Bait/Trumps/Packrat
Generally if you play active, D-> X -> H is the best, though D only unlocks at Z70.
But if you play less active, you have to decide on one of them.
If you die faster than you can send out a new group even with H formation, then H is most likely the best formation, especially if you have more block than enemy attack even in H formation.
