Nurture / Alchemy

Hello my fellow Trimps!

First: is it normal that Cruffys Rn buff will end with Nurture, but the rest of the buffs stays a bit longer? :(

Sec.: I am now at 357 Qi Rn, when would it be a good switch to Alchemy?

(I switched from Archaeology to Nurture because i was too stupid for Insanity)
