I do 2 runs a day ( i could do more but i don't have the time).
1 is a daily run, i do this on S formation and hybrid generator and voidlium golds and just get however far i can get from 8PM to morning. I auto-run my voids at a slightly higher zone each time until i find i have to do it manually in the morning then i leave it there a while to get stronger.
Between the daily runs i do 1 'normal' run . This is on battle golds, S and burning fuel. once i slow down significantly i switch to D formation and let it go to 8PM. the purpose of this run is some dark essence but mostly exp for fluffy.
I'm making slow but steady progress. Each helium run tends to boost something by 20% or so ( looting, or power, or toughness or P2 or L2 or T2, etc) . i expect it will take a couple weeks of this to get my next mastery which will double my exp. then maybe a week or so to get to 6-10 with fluffy and make the next real leap.
currently i max out around 580 in 12 hours on my battle run and 560ish depending on the daily challenge.
in filler runs. due to tauntimps it is usually enough to just run fueling for 20-40 zones per run around the point where your fuel gain caps up to z310 or so. after z310 the tauntimps are more impactful than the additional fuel per zone so dont fuel later. (I fueled at most from z300-z340 during fillers) When you do dailies/push runs fueling the whole way is the way to go.
Dark essence scales at such an insane rate that farming it exclusively during push runs w/dailies is a good idea unless you're edging on a really powerful mastery. But in the end I found that doing fillers with D or S didn't have a significiant impact.
Despite what others say, I very rarely did pure fluffy-farm fillers despite experimenting and trying it many times. It was maybe useful during two short periods in total and it wasn't that impactful tbh. 500/50/1/500 in perky with voidlium seemed the best filler setup all the way.
couple-hour filler runs is what's good around your stage when not pushing/ doing dailies. Make sure to do wind dailies overnight!
I saw that your Maz has bionic wonderland going from z420 or so. keep in mind that you only get the +50% xp for bionic wonderlands at lvl 34 and above.
Progress is slow around your stage, and your save looked very good except for fueling zones, keep at it! There are lots of exciting things to come, I promise :)
I understood that I only need fuel to get to the next Amalgamator.
So I wasted a lot of Mi by overfueling.
I am making good progress by just fueling for ~8 zones now and stopping my run as soon as the Wind zones get too annoying.
Overnight I run the dailies with AutoGoldBattle but I have not tried doing it in Wind formation and / or on Voidium yet.
One thing I want to try is to hold back coordiantion got get another Amalgamator level.
Do you finish your masteries in U1?
The Mi wasted is insignificiant due to how slowly DG scales when you're as far as you are, so I wouldn't dwell on that. :)
Make sure to fuel for enough zones to significiantly trigger the DG overclock, since tauntimps are what gives you population and they don't impact the majority of your DG generation if you just let it tick without overclocking. For reference i'm at capacity lvl 200 and I spend the first 10 zones just filling her up, then 30 overclocking!
holding back coordinations for amalgamators isn't something I would typically recommend for anything but eradicated due to how much effort it takes and only paying off +50% damage.
yep, you finish masteries in U1. You will guaranteed max it by the time you beat z700 spire
I can easily reach 600 now but still require setup to receive the core.
500 is not a problem at all at this stage.
I am using Perky[grimy.github.io], Gatorcalc[gatorcalc.github.io] and TD Calculator[swaqvalley.com] to optimize my runs.
The greatest learning is that I underestimated the power of Amalgamators.
The spike in power from 5 to 6 was immense and I am currently trying to get to 7 Amalgamtors to reach zones that help me level up Fluffy to E7L10 where Wind finally gets useful.
Then I plan to do some C² and helium runs before I evolve it to E8.

I also updated the savegame.
Glad to hear that you're progressing well!
I'm curious, in what sense did you learn about amalgamators being immensely useful? A single amalgamator (only) provides a 50% bonus to attack and a 33% bonus to hp due to geneticists. Definitely not negligible but also far from enough to have a notable impact on anything but ambitious push runs. Especially considering how poison raiding is what carries push runs and it doesn't benefit as much from damage bonuses as the other zones.
I cannot see how chasing this isn't a waste of your time, if that means micromanaging upgrades and prioritizing the carpentry perks.
