Trimps
190 wall
I'm at around zone 185-190 runs at this point, it takes me about 10 hours to get this far then i hit a brick wall, at least a day per zone from 192 on. I've been grinding helium with challenges to this point ( toxic gives me the best HePH ) and have basically reached the point where i'm getting very little power increase from doing so.
I've ground up a few masteries but the next one will take me weeks to get if i focus on that.
I have upped all my challenge2 values to what i can get in a reasonable time at my current strength.

My question is, where to go from here? Do i just grind more Helium at 2-3 runs per upgrade? Do i grind heirlooms? Achievements? 2 day challenge2 runs for tiny gains? Do i have a 2 week run to reach the spire?
I have several things i can improve with but they've all ground to a crawl at best and i feel like i'm missing the next big step to target.
any help with basic strategy at this point would be helpful.

so far everything sounds fine.
what you should do next is what brings you the most fun. if you want some achievements grind for it. heirlooms? do it......

did you spend your helium on the right stats?
the next time you want to prestige...
click botom left on export and than "copy to clipboard"
now go on this site.
https://grimy.github.io/perks.html
insert on top left your save. now you get an example how it would be "perfect" to set your helium points.

on what stats do you focus on your heirlooms?
how did you set your workers? even? metal heavy? how is the ratio?

what i find most fun is progress and right now none of these things seem to be giving any appreciable amount of it. Is that just normal for this stage? that it starts taking 1 to 2 weeks to add another zone to your progress?
My helium seems close to 'perfect' a couple too many resilience, a couple too few coordinated. i can fix that but i don't see how it will make more than 1 zone difference.
I feel like i have to be missing something, the game can't possibly time-wall this badly after how quickly i was able to get this far ( quickly being a relative term but still).

As for heirlooms, my staff is a softcapped mag with farm, lumberjack, miner, dragimp on it, my shields are both etherial ( i have one carried ) with a focus on attack, crit rate, crit damage and with health on it for the first and with health/block/damage/trainer on the second ( it's for challenges where i need survivability)
i go more or less even split on my workers
i have around 100m helium and maxed bone shrine.
300% challenge2 800% achievement and 12k nullifinium
I'm really just looking for advice on where i can focus on improving or optimizing to get some appreciable progress.

I don't really find doing hte same runs over and over again to the same zone fun for any of these stats so which i find the most fun is... none of it. if i'm not actually getting anywhere noticeable for weeks i'd rather play something else. i'm just hoping i'm missing the right avenue of progress here and that this isn't the expected 190-200 experience

I'll try giving some advice based on what I've read. From my recollection of your stage of the game, your runs should be about 3 hours long, and net about 5M Helium per Toxicity run. If this is not the case, there are surely factors to improve.

Your staff should have a fragment or explorer mod on it. Helps a lot with making maps and such, though I suppose you might not need it that much quite yet.
Other than attack mods, your shield must have Void Map Drop Chance. Void maps are a significant portion of your Helium gains. You can check out my heirloom guide in the guides section for more on that.

Coordinated is a supremely powerful perk. Every level makes a pretty significant difference. I see you've already improved that using Perky, so that's good.

Even split on your workers is inefficient. At your stage of the game, metal is king, and it is not uncommon to see worker distributions such as 1:1:10 or even 1:1:100 (farmer/lumberjack/miner). Spending resources to keep up with equipment prestige upgrades is the crux of continued progress.

You're at a point where you should transition to the Lead challenge after acquiring the Headstart I mastery first from a Daily. It will net you about 8-9M per run until you hit about 150M He, at which point you can start tackling the next challenge in line.

Don't get too hung up on He/hr values, not only does it add to fatigue, some exploration is often necessary to find better sources of He/hr.

If you find yourself continuing to struggle, the Trimps community is always willing to offer some advice over on the Trimps Discord. We have channels sectioned off by progression brackets, so you can ask for advice without absorbing too many spoilers. I understand if you wouldn't want to, it's just the best and most lively place to find the Trimps community at currently, so I feel compelled to suggest it.

Good luck

There shouldn't be a massive wall that early. The first real slow down I noticed was around Z500.
I suspect you're simply trying to push too far at every run. If Toxicity is your best challenge for now, portal at zone 165 and repeat until you can move to Watch/Lead and so on.

As for you're heirlooms:
Void Map Drop Chance is pretty important and should be your top priority for the Shield followed by Crit Chance, Crit Damage and Attack (with the order varying as your progress into the game).
For your staff you're looking for Explorer, Fragment and Metal and Miner. Explorer/Fragments are important but around Z190 Metal/Miner is probably better.

currently my toxicity yields 4m in 3 hours, lead yield 2m in 2.5 hours. i'm not sure how it would ever yield as much as you are saying it should be.
I will try shifting my workers and see how much effect that has.

Do you have the Headstart I mastery? Toxicity is better than Lead until you can get it, then it is better. You also have to run void maps on 180.

I am at the same wall as OP. But I'm just gonna keep running til I break through. Working on getting C2's to Zone180, extra masteries, level up heirlooms, more helium... Lots of stuff to do in order to break through!

i know that feel, i breaked the wall and then have fun beat the spire :D and now i am stuck at ~240-250. it goes it goes :D
I´m currently at 900M Helium, 1050% achievements, 419% C^2.
(All normal ones to Z200, special to where it slowed down fast)
right now, magnificent to ethereal heirlooms, Spire to Row 8-9 (I think with a lot of farming I should be able to complete it)

If I remember, I ran Toxicity up to maybe 150-200M Helium, then switched to Lead with Headstart I.

I think there is a very big mistake above:
For Lead, run your Void Maps ON Z179 (at the end to complete Void Maps as fast as possible), NOT Z180.
Odd Zones give double resources and as far as I remember, that includes Helium.

Once I comfortably oneshotted everything (except Improbabilities etc.) in Lead and/or around maybe 300M Helium, Corrupted then became the better challenge, the first one where I made >10M He/hr.

I have also tried and successfully completed the next Challenge, Domination, but right now Corrupted is still more He/hr for me, as later Zones require a bit of farming, while Corrupted easily runs through.

take saturdays current daily up as far as you can, its very easy and will net you a ton of dark essence, at least 40 for z184, and potentially higher if you commit the time to it.
