From my experience of playing multiplayer games as well as this at 500 concurrent players or less, don’t worry about being able to find matches.

I find matches even at 550 people on here instantly and consistently because, it’s a 2v2. You only need 4 people per game so with this player count, there’s constantly several games going at a time.

Even if it was lower, a game I play gets 200-400 concurrent players per day and sometimes even less. Each game requires 15 people to start and even after 6 months of this player count, I can still find games when I want to with a maximum wait time of 3 minutes.

TLDR: if you’re worried about buying this because of the player count, wait for a sale but don’t be scared just because of that. As long as this game always has above 150-200 people, it won’t die off entirely. And even if it does, the AI on Strong play better than Grade 2 Ranked Players
