I am lost and losing my mind ('purple bamboo forest')
I am currently doing the Side quest "The Way of The Beggars' Sect" and the third portion tells you to go to the depths of the purple bamboo forest and travel west of the north bamboo bridge

However I don't know how or where to find this Purple Bamboo Forest and would appreciate some help

I've prob spent like, 35 minutes looking for this place on the world map as well as looping the Bamboo Forest location, who knows what I've overlooked

It feels really hidden! Go as far down as you can go in the village, then it’s up a ramp on the left. I had the same issue because I was looking for the fishing spot. It’s a little obfuscated but it’s there

By Village, do you mean the one where I talked to the villager who witnessed the murder?

Yeah that’s the one. While you’re in the village, keep going as far south as you can go, then the pathway around is to the left
