Hi. Does anybody know how to get jade dragon lagacy? I kill Helian Fubi but he didn't drop it.

if you want jade dragon lagacy ,before the miaojiang task(chang sheng dian) bai weiyi must be alive ，and he will give you a stamp (maybe name called chengjun stamp ) use the stamp before the final battle ,then you will get the props.

you will also need to have maxed lv10 perpetual sanctums's Evergreen Vitality cultivation method to use that stamp

But the drop from Bai Weiyi is related to the Snowlock Legacy, my Evergreen Vitality is maxed but Yuwen just says "Seal of Perpetuity...Mr. Gu" Or Do i have to talk to Ban WeiYi before the attack on Xungu Pass?

To be precise, you need to level up all the cultivation related to Perpetual Sanctum i.e Evergreen Vitality, Soul Reaping Gu, Timeless Melody and the Blue Cultivation method, then click the Seal of Perpetuity - there will be an additional piece of text, and the last time you fight will unlock it.
