Where to find high level recipes?

I'm currently about 30+ hours into my save and the point of the game I'm at is trying to get 6000 affiliation credits, after exploring the area west of fancheng city and just before nanjing/nanjiang? (cant remember the spelling)

I've only unlocked a few high level recipes such as Garment Class III and Class II, headgear Class III, and Accessory Class III, along with Sword Class III, Saber Class III/II, Polearm Class III, Fist Class II, and Hidden weapon Class IV.

I've acquired these just through robbing sparring with various high level npcs, like sect leaders etc, but I'm lost trying to find any higher level gear. Does anyone know where I can find better recipes? Probably a good idea to have a list of all the locations in general as well.

I'm searching for all the high level recipes, but primarily sword and armour recipes :)

Most of it is locked behind side quests although i have yet to find any class 1 stuff from recipe or drops. Some from the top of my head are

Tiefutu armor (class 2) Acquired from a chest in Camelbell Hill
Heart-Torturing Nail (Class 2 Hidden Weapon) - Acquired really late in the main story questline.

I currently have every class 2 recipe besides Shoes and Accessories but i cant recall where ive gotten most of them if im being honest. the above ones im certain of the ones below i dont know for sure

Fangtian Huajji (Class 2 Polearn) Finishing Lu Xian'er Companion quest? its been a while since ive had this one
Sword (Class 2) - I believe you get this one from sparring with Qingxiao?
