Where the heck is Petallsfall Forest?

I know it's SOMEWHERE to the west side of the map but for the life of me, I cannot find this place. I would really appreciate some help in finding this place - and even better, a world map please!

On the world map you can press M or click on the map icon left of the party icon. This zooms out the map and puts labels on the areas you can go to, and lets you scroll the map around by moving the cursor to one of the far directions.

near Tancheng City (a little bit of north west of it)

If you need help locating a place, press M, and move your mouse. You can scan the entire map and see where everything is. Hope this helps :)
