All S Rank achievement cannot be completed likely due to the level "Permafrost".

I have all S ranks in story missions but I was struggling to get "permafrost" until I realized that the rank shown in mission doesn't go above the S rank mark but it still says you got S rank. Don't have the achievement although in the level select everything says S rank.

Agreed, we've only seen one player able to get S on Permafrost so we've adjusted. We have just pushed a new update to make the S-Rank easier on the level!

I appreciate the quick response and the update, but even after the update I went back and S ranked both Permafrost and Heavy Ordinance and neither of the achievements (for all S rank and for heavy Ordinance) are unlocking.

Hey! A patch just got pushed that should fix this for you when you next open the level select menu. Thanks for bearing with and apologies for robbing you of your S rank achievement for a bit
