Reus giants are locked, help!

I unlocked several giants like the frost and animal giant, but now they're not highlighted. The only giants I can choose is the forest and crab. Is this a glitch? I have the game installed on two different computers and they're both not highlighting the giants to choose for a new game.

Hello and thank you for reporting this issue, we will look into it and come back to you as soon as we have more information to share, did you remember when this occurred specifically? Right after unlocking the new giants?

That definitely sounds on a glitch. Could you post a screenshot of the menu, and a screenshot of your character level? Then we can see if we find something suspicious, or we need some player log or savefile to check it out.

Yes, right after I unlocked the animal guardian, cat.

sorry it was the swamp and forest giants that were available and the rest not...

Ah this is just a case of bad UI :'). You first have to select your plant giant, which can only be the Swamp or the Forest giant. Next you pick your animal giant, which can only be the Ocean or Savanna, and lastly you pick between Frost and Rock for the Mineral giant!
