Probably there is a bug and when you started the challenge on a previous version, updated, and loaded game, then the tag got wrongly hidden.
My bet if you just abandon this planet and start a new one everything will be fine.
- Either I show the tag always, and it means there will be always this tag showing "offering" that doesn't do anything at all unless you specifically pick that turning point.
- Or I hide it, and I can do more with these special tags without obfiscating the UI with situational info, but at the price of being unclear when planning.
I choose the second, because the Dark God is thematically a weird outlier and a mix-up. But if it's too annoying, I'll probably remove the offering all together and put a common tag there, like Herbivore.
The tag hasn't been removed, but becomes visible after picking the Era. Don't forget the cultists either!
I can't imagine it's an easy balancing act to work out and I lack the imagination to make a suggestion that would hit that balance right.
Thanks for all of your efforts, I am truly enjoying the game. =)
