Official Server Combat OP

I wanted to do some Combat ops with a friend who I just bought Arma for. Since I am using starlink there are no admin options to open ports so I can host. It's a massive pain in the ass and I will be swapping providers in the next few months, but in the mean time we decided to jump on an official server for combat ops. Only when we spawn in the hideouts they are completely looted from previous players joining the server. I'm guessing they don't wipe or reset? It was pretty irritating not being able to get any guns other than using pistols to take soviets weapons. Is there any way possible to reset an official server through votes or any other method so we can actually play a fresh combat ops?

I played Combat Op game mode a few times and after any new respawn i can always find some weapon in hideout. Sometimes they can be in some hidden spot, but i find them.

Yea, usually the stuff no one wanted to take. When you start a single player game the hideouts are loaded. When you try and play online PvE with a friend on official servers. The hideouts are empty. I just want a way to vote reset the map.
