Start up crash - Asus GPU Tweak III

Reforger was crashing on startup up of the game and would run for about 30 seconds in the main menu before locking out and crashing. I did all the usual things with running the game as admin mode/ reinstalled/ deleted mods/ disabled battleye/ verified files....the lot. What I found was that my task bar would show for a split second then the game would crash...turns out it was ASUS's software GPU Tweak III that was the problem with game startup and crashing while tweak was trying to optimise the gpu gaming environment. I'm not sure if this also effects other GPU software but I have to share the solution to my struggle to get this game functional again.

I run GPU Tweak III for my 4090 with a mild OC, Fan speeds and OSD. Were you OCing? Maybe unstable OC settings.

I have my settings at default with a Strix 3080. No other game/program has a problem with GPU Tweak 3 but Reforger.

That is odd. Mine is a STRIX as well. There must be some other factor.
