Training First Aid Course BUG ?

after i started the first aid course i finished every step of the course but on the last one where you have too apply morphine it wont show me any option to apply it on the soldier

is it a bug or does anyone have a solution for this ?

(i tried restarting game, course everything still wont work)

I don't even have the guy appear in the truck at the start. just the empty jeep spawns

Same issue, still. Pretty obnoxious that they have a Steam achievement locked behind a bug.

Same issue currently.
Has no pain therefore i cannot inject.
Shot him in the hand to administer pain and i immediately failed.
Who knew.

i have an issue where i can't pick up a weapon off the tables and mortar off the ground. i also can't open the inventory.

Disable all your Mods, that fixed it for me.
