Kick cause code=4 'DATA' reason=1 'RDB_MISMATCH

I get this every time i try to update a mod going back to its old version and new version stuck on a loop going to 26 to 27 to 26 version of the file. I have tried deleting that mod and installing it manually didn't work, Even fully deleting Game directory or restarting pc nothing, and also verifying the files still nothing so yeah pretty stumped on this.
