Sometimes it is worse than this as OP describes where the first few shots have no sound at all. But as you can tell in the clip above, the cadence of the gunshots when holding down the mouse button on full auto is all over the place.
Unsure if it's hardware dependent, so here are my specs incase it makes a difference.
5800x3d
3070 TI
32 GB RAM
SSD
I've seen a similar issue in games before, in one instance it was solved by the shader caching process running after reinstalling.
I tried reinstalling but issue still occurs.
I was recently playing on experimental and then switched back to normal branch, just mentioning incase this could have anything to do with it.
Acknowledgement of the issue would be good.
Exact same thing, bought the game this Friday and noticed this directly lol
